No CNA license required! Experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and others with a passion for helping people are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll help clients maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence through everyday support, including:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
Providing medication reminders
Preparing light meals while following dietary instructions
Helping with transportation to appointments, pharmacies, and errands
Performing light housekeeping and keeping the client’s environment safe
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Following each client’s care plan and promptly reporting changes in condition

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to follow care plans and health and safety guidelines
Ability to remain calm in unexpected situations and report concerns to the office
Flexibility to accept assignments based on client needs and your availability

One year of professional in-home caregiving experience is preferred. Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, walkers, and transfer benches is a plus. Training may be available for certain equipment. CPR certification is preferred.
